Cancellation & refunds

Refund eligibility, deadlines, charges and processing times require organiser approval and have not yet been supplied. No automatic refund entitlement or non-refundable condition is implied.

Unpaid reservations expire at the displayed time, releasing their seats and extras without a charge.

Authorised organisers can cancel bookings and invalidate their tickets. A refund record is added only after the refund has actually been completed through the external payment process; recording a refund on this website does not transfer money.

If payment is received after your reservation expires, your booking requires organiser review and no entrance ticket is issued automatically.
